It was a crazy morning to say the least. Jenny and Margaret just arrived after a 7 hr drive from Spokane Washington for our send off tomorrow at 800 am. The weather report came in suggesting a Remix ...sleet and rain for the start of the race. The Ohio gals decided to ITT and get to Boulton Creek Campground tonight. I couldn't pull myself emotionally together to leave with them. I had already contemplated leaving on Tuesday because of the beautiful weather but decided against it after family and friends encouragement to wait it out. I ended up repacking for the hundreth time. Please let this race begin so that the fussing over gear selection and pack location can stop. Rookie!
